Tiny Findings believes in fostering and promoting a professional working environment for early childhood educators. We offer competitive salary and benefits and seek to employ educators who are committed to play-based learning and continued professional growth.

We welcome volunteers and interns into the program. We have hosted volunteers, interns, and researchers from Howard University, The University of Maryland, The George Washington University, and other local early childhood programs and agencies. Our volunteer and collaboration partners have conducted projects in areas such as teaching, evaluation of classroom practice, curriculum evaluation, and program evaluation.
